Chopmatic does not collect, store or share any personal data.
Everything Stays on Your Device
There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The audio you open, record, chop, split and export is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded to us or to anyone else. Your sessions and settings are stored only on your device, and the files you export go only where you choose to save them.
The Microphone and the Plugin
RECORD uses the microphone only while you are recording, and the recording stays on your device as a sample. When you use Chopmatic as a plugin inside a music app, its session is saved in that app's project, on your device.
The Stem-Separation Model
The first time you split stems, Chopmatic downloads its stem-separation model (about 79 MB) from our hosted copy on huggingface.co. That download is an ordinary file request over HTTPS: Hugging Face receives the technical information any web server receives, such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy. Chopmatic sends nothing else, and we receive nothing from it.
Children
Chopmatic collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
